A Party Wall Award is the key to resolving disputes when consent isn’t given for your construction project. We handle the entire process, including preparing a Schedule of Condition and drafting and serving the Party Wall Award.

Please note that basement or underpinning projects are not covered by these prices and will be quoted separately. Travel beyond the 5-mile radius will incur an additional charge, which will be included in your quote. Any further work, such as dealing with damage claims after the award has been issued, will also be billed separately.
